Mile High Men’s Golf Club Meeting Minutes

Date:  February 13, 2026

Present: Tim B., Terry S.,  Bill L., Brian P., Tracy B., Dayton T., Brian B., Gary M.

Call To Order:  Meeting was called to order at 9:30 a.m. by President Brown

Previous meeting minutes were approved on line.

Membership Report:   Bill L reported that the Current Membership stands at 146.

Treasurer’s Report:   Dayton reviewed the budget and all members approved.

Tournament Report:  Tracy reported that tournament turnouts continue to remain strong. Tracy also confirmed that age + handicap can change which tees a member plays from if their handicap warrants it and he will be reviewing who plays the silver tees before each tournament.

Handicap Committee:  Terry reported that the AGA is is sending Angie Brown to attend a MHMGC board meeting on 4/24/26.

Rules Committee:   Brian stated that the course is still in good enough shape to play the ball as it lies, however, weather may change this during future events.  The skins game rules are decided by Gary M.

Old Business:  Some members have shadowed Tracy and Terry to learn their systems for handicap and tournaments.

New Business:  None

Next Meeting:  March 13, 2026 at the Manzanita Grill at 9:30 a.m.
